What do you do when Apartment management doesnt fix anything? Guess which apartment this is?

What do you do when emails don't work? phone complaints don't work? or requesting a manager that avoids you Keep a log of everything and take pictures with everything that is cracked smashed, rotting and etc... write down dates and times of when you placed your complaint and who you spoke to. Hand deliver the complaint (be very specific and give every detail because it is very important) Keep all your receipts of money that you had to spend to fix the apartment (keep your contract and never skip rent) When you complete your lease go to small claims file a complaint and sue. Make sure you name everyone that was involved which includes workers, Listing agents, Manager and whoever you have given a written complaint to. I like to go to different apartments and pretend I am renting the place just to get a glimpse of the conditions of the apartment. Never let them show you the model only, tell the agent you want to see an actual apartment as is... and if they refuse or say they have none available for showing, that's your clue right there.
