Maintenance Man comes into my apartment without permission

Guess what folks a maintenance man came into my apartment without notifying me and my security alarm went off and he almost pissed on his own balls I complained about this tub from the time I moved into this apartment.. when I moved in.... it was June 1st... It is now August 22nd, 2013 and something incredible happened. The maintenance man comes in my apartment and sets off my alarm and caused a ruckus. I was at work and then all of a sudden I get a call that my home alarm is going and they need the code to turn it off. HA HA HA BITCH!!! The cops should have held him until I came home. I gave the listing agent a letter complaining about the tub on July 27th, 2013 and I told her and everyone at this apartment that I need assistance with my tub.. they totally ignored me and now they decide to do something. The listing agent of my apartment EVERYONE SAYS THE SAME THING ABOUT HER..... THE SAME EXACT THING.. THAT SHE IS A LYING ASS.... I WALKED IN THE OFFICE ONE DAY TO DO SOMETHING AND I HEARD HER SELL THIS LADY A BAG OF DREAMS.. THE SAME BULLSHIT SHE TOLD ME ABOUT THE CARPET AND ALL THAT... WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. ALL HER BULLSHIT LIES TO TENNNATS WILL CATCH UP ON HER ASS. THEN THEY GOT THIS NEW CHICK WORKING THERE AND THEY GOT HER ASS LYING LIKE A MOTHER FUCKER TOO. THE MANAGER DONT DO SHIT... THEY GOT RID OF THIS NICE ASSISTANT MANAGER WITH A BUNCH OF MAINTENANCE GUYS AND BLAME THEM. THE REASON WHY I PICKED THIS PLACE BECAUSE I THOUGHT A BUNCH OF WOMEN WOULD ACTUALLY DO A GREAT JOB BECAUSE WOMEN ARE SUPPOSE TO BE CLEAN. NOT IN THE CASE... THE LISTING agent IS GHETTO AND DONT COME FROM MUCH BECAUSE THE WAY SHE INSPECTED MY APARTMENT ... YOU CAN TELL SHE DONT KNOW SHIT. I WISH SO BAD THAT I CAN NAME THE APARTMENT I SPEAK OF.. What do you do when Apartment management doesnt fix anything? Guess which apartment this is?

What do you do when emails don't work? phone complaints don't work? or requesting a manager that avoids you Keep a log of everything and take pictures with everything that is cracked smashed, rotting and etc... write down dates and times of when you placed your complaint and who you spoke to. Hand deliver the complaint (be very specific and give every detail because it is very important) Keep all your receipts of money that you had to spend to fix the apartment (keep your contract and never skip rent) When you complete your lease go to small claims file a complaint and sue. Make sure you name everyone that was involved which includes workers, Listing agents, Manager and whoever you have given a written complaint to. I like to go to different apartments and pretend I am renting the place just to get a glimpse of the conditions of the apartment. Never let them show you the model only, tell the agent you want to see an actual apartment as is... and if they refuse or say they have none available for showing, that's your clue right there. APARTMENT WATCHER: CATHY FRIDGE BREAKS DOWN AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT APOLOGIZE FOR 14.00 WORTH OF MEAT OR PAID HER BACK

AS I ALWAYS USE AN ALIAS FOR THIS PERSON WHO WAS GIVEN HER ASS IN HER HAND WITH THIS BUM ASS NON RENOVATED, MOLDY FLEE BAG APARTMENT FINALLY GOT ANOTHER COMPLAINT GUESS WHAT. HER FREEZER BROKE DOWN AND SHE LOST 14.25 WORTH OF MEAT, CHICKEN AND CRABMEAT AND WENT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO REPORT THE LOSS OF FOOD AND SO YOU KNOW WHAT HER ONE PINKED EYE FAT ASS HAD TO SAY..... GIVE ME a list and I will forward it to corporate and see what they say... $14.00 folks and not to mention you moved this poor woman into a rat, flea infested place with falling cabinets and rotting molding sinks and this bitch could not even apologize for the rotten broken ass fridge. According to cathy there is one young lady that did everything to help her and Cathy said she knows that this young brave woman will be either fired or quit guaranteed. Cathy said they didn't even send an exterminator to resolve the issues she had when she first moved in SHE HAS TO PAY THE ORKIN GUY... but I know what your gonna say? didn't she see the signs... nope.. because she was living in an LIVE IN INSUITES AND THE PLACE WAS SOOOOOO CLEAN THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THAT PLACE WAS THE CRACKHEADS ON BLANDING BOULEVARD. SHE TOLD THE LISTING AGENT OF HER ISSUES AND THE LISTING AGENT HELP HER GET THIS PLACE AND ASSURED THAT THERE WERE NO BUGS AND AS SOON AS SHE MOVED IN ....ALL FUCKING HELL BROKE LOOSE. I DONT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE... DONT RENT WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE ACTUAL APARTMENT.. NOT THE MODEL THE APARTMENT. THAT BUILDING MANAGER WILL BE REPLACED I GUARANTEE IT... CHECK IT OUT..

a friend of mine invited me to her apartment and she is so upset over what she signed her lease for. the listing agent advised her that the apartment was in good condition with no mold and there is plenty of mold. She was living in a studio for 3 months before she entered this apartment she calls home with fleas, cockroaches and as she states she is waiting for a rat to make its debut on stage... anyway. She came to this apartment and they showed her the model apartment that the listing agent showed her and the listing agent told her that she can move in the first of the month but as it turned out, the person who lived in this horrible apartment moved out 5 days before the first of the month. My friend Cathy asked if she could see it.. but the listing person assured her that she would not be able to see it until they lay down the new carpet and clean up.. Clean up my asshole! the place had cat shit under the sink WITH mold, dripping pipe in the bathroom and the list goes on... The stove is an old stove from the 70's horrible. I know I know I guess you are wondering why she did not call me right? The watcher. The reason I am called the watcher because I see everything and I am very suspicious of people. Cathy was living in a weekly hotel and the hotel was clean... no bugs no nothing. the weekly hotel has an exterminator came in every week and had the maid come in on Mondays to clean the place. the only thing that was wrong with the hotel was the characters that lived there.. crackheads and all types that's why she left because of the people not the clean place. The Listing agent was very nice to her and seem like she understood her situation and told her that she has the perfect place for her to move in on the first of the month and its very very clean (HAH). plus cathy paid money up front and that was the amount to pay to have her move in.. which was 100.00+249.00 and according to the brochure.... that was the amount she was suppose to pay the first month of moving in. Instead she paid 349+690 = equals a bit over a thousand + 20.00 for the start up water bill. Then she signed the lease thinking that this woman was only trying to help her move and in and made her sign a contract stating that if there are bugs present in the apartment.. Cathy put them there and that's the only way she would have bugs. Cathy was so happy and signed the

damn lease anyway. the first and the second night she was being attacked by fleas in the carpet and this place did not move a muscle to get an exterminator to help her until the 15th of the month. Cathy had to buy products to kill the fleas and use home remedies that got rid of them. She had to throw out her bed and return the furniture she purchased because of it. the listing agent played cathy and now she is upset with more fleas... This is why I have my flashlight and I take pics of the place and I demand to see an actual apartment after they try to sell the model apartment. if you see this place cathy lives in it is falling apart. you can literally see colonies of fleas in the so called NEW CARPET.... and the bite marks on her legs and her side. what a shame.. after Cathy told the people in the place (the listing AGENTs and building managers about the fleas they acted like they did not hear her and didn't give a fuck.take a look at these picks... would you live here? This is why I go to apartments for people and check it out and give them a report do they can feel at ease on what they are getting. Sorry cathy...
